Sheep's Head peninsula is one of the most westerly points in Co Cork. To create the correct atmosphere while you look at these photos, open the freezer door and put a fan on at full speed aimed at your head! It was about 12 degrees with a howling wind and occasional thundery showers on Sunday morning! A typical summer's day in West Cork. Beautiful ... but tough!
