Gara Rufa ... the doctor fish

From Turkey, these little fish enjoy a nibble at dead skin .. sounds gruesome, but they offer a cure for eczema and skin diseases. We found it interesting to have our feet nibled by them. We must have the most beautiful feet in Ireland now!
